This website is operated by Royal Premium. Throughout the site, the terms “Royal Premium,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Royal Premium.

These Terms apply to Royal Premium users and customers, including consumers located in Mexico and the United States.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate, restrict, or limit any rights that, under applicable law, cannot legally be waived by the consumer.

Our store uses the e-commerce platform provided by Shopify Inc.

SECTION 1 – USE OF THE ONLINE STORE

By using this site or making a purchase, you represent that you have the legal age and capacity required to enter into the applicable transaction under the laws of your place of residence.

Where legally permitted, minors must use the site under the supervision and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

This site and our Services are not specifically directed to children under 13 years of age.

You may not use the site, our products, or our Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

Delivery dates provided by carriers may be estimates and may be subject to circumstances beyond Royal Premium’s reasonable control.

Orders Shipped to the United States

Royal Premium will comply with applicable federal requirements related to online sales and shipping times.

When a specific shipping timeframe is stated, Royal Premium will seek to have a reasonable basis for meeting it.

When no specific shipping timeframe is stated for an order subject to applicable U.S. law, the timeframes established by the applicable federal rules will apply.

If Royal Premium determines that it cannot ship an order within the applicable timeframe, it will notify the customer and, where legally required, offer the option to:

a) accept the new shipping timeframe; or
b) cancel the order and receive the applicable refund.

Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, Royal Premium will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the situation, although additional costs may apply when legally permitted and properly disclosed.

SECTION 8 – CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

  • Limit remedies that consumers are legally entitled to receive.

  • Exclude any liability that cannot legally be limited.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY

The user will be responsible for damages directly caused to Royal Premium or third parties as a result of illegal or fraudulent acts or a proven infringement of third-party rights.

Any indemnification obligation will apply only within the limits permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be limited or interpreted to the extent necessary to comply with the law.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 18 – TERMINATION AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms will remain in effect for as long as the user uses the site or has obligations arising from a transaction conducted through it.

Royal Premium may suspend or terminate access to the site when there is fraud, illegal activity, a security risk, or a serious violation of these Terms.

Termination of access to the site will not extinguish rights or obligations related to orders, payments, returns, warranties, refunds, or claims arising before termination.

Except where mandatory consumer protection provisions provide otherwise, these Terms and the contractual relationship with Royal Premium will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Mexican States.

Consumers in Mexico

Consumers located in Mexico will retain all rights granted to them under the Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor) and other applicable provisions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from filing a complaint with the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor – PROFECO) or exercising any other legal right.

Consumers in the United States

Consumers located in the United States will retain all rights granted to them under U.S. federal law and the mandatory consumer protection laws of the state in which they reside, where applicable.

The choice of Mexican law stated above will not be interpreted as a waiver of mandatory rights granted to consumers under U.S. federal or state law that cannot legally be waived by contract.

Before initiating a formal dispute, the parties may attempt to resolve the matter directly through Royal Premium customer service, without limiting the consumer’s right to seek relief from a competent authority.

Royal Premium does not require, through these Terms, a general waiver of the right to seek relief before competent authorities or courts.

SECTION 20 – CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONTACT INFORMATION

Royal Premium may update these Terms to reflect changes in its operations, products, technologies, policies, or applicable law.

The current version will be available on this page and will display the date of its most recent update.

Changes will not retroactively affect rights validly acquired by consumers, except where applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
